Will-Call/Local Pick-up
|
Ordering a SUP online for will-call pick-up
is a great option ! If you know what you want and we have it
in stock - it'll be ready immediately ! We'll even help you
load it on your car ! Orders can be placed online for pick-up
at our main warehouse location ! Accessories can also be ordered
for pick-up. Will-Call pickups must be accompanied
with the actual credit card and photo ID for ANY order over
$ 100.

Pick-up Completion Time
|
Pick-up orders for in-stock merchandise will be ready same-day
! For special-order or out-of-stock products, we will contact
you with a shipping schedule, not to exceed 3 business days
from the date of purchase. Of course our teams will
do their best to speed up the process and get your order completed
as soon as possible.
If you have scheduled a 'Will Call' pickup and your order
has been processed for payment, one of our team members will
contact you to advise that your order is ready. To check the
status of any order, please contact us directly through email
or phone !

Shipment Order Tracking
|
For all 'shipped' orders, a tracking number
and shipping carrier will be indicated on your sales receipt.
An email confirmation of your sales receipt will be sent after
your order is placed and payment confirmation is received.

Shipping
Damage Policy
|
If, for whatever reason, a product arrives 'damaged',
or you are missing products from your order, please notify
us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt so that an expeditious claim may
be filed.
All SUP Board and Board Packages MUST be inspected PRIOR
to the driver leaving your facility. Damaged boards may be
'refused due to damage' upon inspection. Claims will be filed
directly with the shipping company as ALL shipments are consigned
'FOB Origin, Insurance Prepaid'.
